Do It Hospitality was founded on a simple belief: great hospitality is built one shift at a time, by people who've actually done the work — across every kind of room.
Our founder brings 25 years in hospitality operations, delivering results across a wide range of environments — casual, formal, and high-energy celebrity atmospheres alike — and building successful teams in markets from Miami and New York to Chicago, Phoenix, and San Francisco, to name a few. That range is the point: every room demands a different rhythm, a different team culture, and a different guest expectation, and every one of them comes down to the same core disciplines — strong teams, real connections, and responsible business practices.
Based in Arizona, serving restaurants, hotels, and guest-facing businesses in person statewide, and clients nationwide through remote consulting.
